Who we are
Georgian Wines And Spirits is dedicated to importing Georgian wines and spirits to the U.S. Our goal is to help Georgian wine companies enter the U.S. market. By acting as an importer and distributor our services include label design and submission for approval by the COLA. As well as transportation, storage, sales and distribution in the most of the states of the U.S.
Philosophy
Georgia’s ancient wine culture is undoubtedly marketing gold, with taglines such as “8,000 vintages”, “The cradle of wine” and “525 indigenous varieties”. Together with the sacred tradition of making wine in giant, buried terracotta vessels (qvevri), this has exalted the country’s artisan winemakers to the status of natural wine shamans. “Wine is born, not made”, they pronounce. And they have become global poster boys (and girls) for all that is authentic, rootsy and raw.
Vision
Our objective is to provide unique opportunity to wine lovers in the U.S. by introducing them to the natural wine that was made in the same place, with the same grapes while using same method as ancient Georgians 8000 years ago.
