This wine is made in a clay amphora “Qvevri” in full accordance with 8000 years old Georgian traditions from Rkatsiteli Grape varietal. Fermented longer than the “Rkatsiteli Qvevri” and 2019 “Red Horn”, this wine has higher alcohol level and Darker Medium amber color. Fascinating, bright wine has a marvelous flavor with notes of dried herbs, honey, walnut and umami. Impressive and long aftertaste. The wine goes perfect with, pizza, Salads and various chesses as well as Japanese Vague and sushi.
